Fall for Fairfax-Kids Fest October 5-6, 2013

Attention all families!! This weekend grab the younger generation and head out to Fall for Fairfax KidsFest.   Enjoy exciting, interactive and educational programs, entertainment and activities. Fall For Fairfax KidsFest  is specially designed for families with elementary &  Pre-K aged children. Plus, admission is totally free!   The 21st annual Fall For Fairfax KidsFest,  the premiere fall family festival in the Mid-Atlantic region, offers exciting, interactive and educational programs, entertainment and activities.

Its also a great time to clean out your closet and donate your old clothes to the scarecrows!  Yes, the Scarecrows!   The Festival provides hundreds of pairs of pants and long-sleeved shirts (or sweatshirts) for the scarecrows, but there is currently still a need of both types of items.  Help the scarecrows by cleaning out your closet of clothing that you would like to donate.   Receipts will be provided for tax purposes.  Please take the clothing directly to the Scarecrow Program Area or the Information Tent while you’re at the Festival.

On the grounds of the Fairfax County Government Center, 12000 Government Center Parkway, Fairfax, VA 22035 on Saturday, October 5th from 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. & Sunday, October 6th from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. FREE to attend! Discount ride tickets for the KidWay MidWay are available here.
